Viridian MD is not directly contracted with your medical insurance carrier; however, a superbill can be prepared for you. You can submit the superbill to your insurance carrier (out-of-network provider, PPO plans, HSA health plans).

Yes, each child must enroll and register with the patient portal. Siblings will be linked and included for a maximum of three children per family membership.

Register as a new patient via our Patient Portal. Download our Mobile App for your convenience. Upon completion of registration, you may book your appointment!

Please contact your doctor at Viridian MD. Your doctor will determine whether your child will benefit from a telemedicine visit or a home visit. For acute concerns seek care promptly at your nearest urgent care/emergency department. For emergencies, call 911.

You are able to contact your doctor at Viridian MD whether you are home or away. All medical emergencies should seek prompt care by calling emergency services (911).

Absolutely, since we provide well, sick, AND direct doctor access, we will be there for you whenever you may need us.

Yes, you may be able to use your FSA/HSA accounts for our services. Payment is due at the time of enrollment and/or scheduling. Viridian MD can prepare a superbill for you to submit to your FSA/HSA carrier.

Yes, Viridian MD is serving patients exclusively within the Viridian community.

Viridian MD enrolls pediatric patients as early as six months of age and up to twenty-one years of age. 

We strongly encourage the vaccine schedule and recommendations provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics and Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We are willing to work with parents who prefer spacing out vaccines or those who wish to follow an alternative vaccine schedule. Viridian MD would not be the right choice for those who do not want any vaccinations.

Yes, however, we exclusively serve 200 members.
